Session 2 – Growing your Impact: Strategies to Attract, Manage, and Integrate Volunteers for Grassroots Organizations
Volunteers are the lifeblood of grassroots organizations. Join us in exploring best practices to amplify your impact through volunteer recruitment, training and management.
Session 3 – What to do when my board…? The Ins and Outs of Board Development and Management
All your questions about building and managing an active board, answered!
Come and explore the ins and outs of board development and management. We’ll talk about how to successfully navigate small-group board conflict, build active and engaged boards, and set expectations to help your board succeed.

Seminario 1 – Participación de la Juventud: cultivando la futura generación de activistas ambientales
