La SB5 proporcionar\u00eda fondos a las comunidades desfavorecidas que no tienen acceso a espacios recreativos. Adem\u00e1s, este proyecto de ley proporciona fondos para que el Estado emplee m\u00e9todos verdes de control de inundaciones, como jardines de lluvia y estanques de aguas pluviales.
