Esto no ser\u00eda posible sin la orientaci\u00f3n y el ejemplo que nos dan nuestros l\u00edderes juveniles.<\/strong> Las coordinadoras juveniles de este a\u00f1o, Andrea y Qin, han ayudado a formar a nuestros cinco l\u00edderes de POD para apoyarles en el desarrollo de las habilidades que necesitan para dirigir sus grupos reducidos a lo largo del programa de seis semanas. Nuestros l\u00edderes de POD colaboran en el desarrollo de partes del plan de estudios, aprenden a organizar actividades pr\u00e1cticas a distancia y elaboran presentaciones para compartir sus conocimientos con sus grupos reducidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Qin He\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/QinHe-FebReds.jpg\" alt=\"Qin He\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" data-cke-saved-src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/QinHe-FebReds.jpg\" \/><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Qin, coordinador adjunto de la Academia de Verano para j\u00f3venes<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em><strong>\u201cEl hecho de desempe\u00f1ar un papel de liderazgo como responsable de un grupo (POD) en la Academia de Verano el a\u00f1o pasado me confirm\u00f3 que ten\u00eda la capacidad necesaria para guiar a otros en su aprendizaje e influir en sus acciones\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Nacida en China y criada en Oakland, Qin lleva mucho tiempo defendiendo la justicia medioambiental y la sostenibilidad. Como coordinadora juvenil, Qin contribuy\u00f3 a difundir conocimientos e informaci\u00f3n accesible entre sus alumnos. Predic\u00f3 con el ejemplo, demostrando a los alumnos que compartir sus experiencias es importante y necesario para lograr un cambio.
