Rachele leads Resource Media\u2019s clients and partners through imaginative multichannel communications strategies to mobilize audiences, shape narrative and public opinion, and enact public policies for climate, health, environmental and social justice. Highlights include shaping creative digital advertising campaigns for abortion access, enacting the cleanest electric building codes in the nation in Washington state, launching Jewish climate justice group Dayenu&#8217;s first get-out-the-vote campaign, and contributing to Indigenous-led LandBack and environmental justice efforts in California. Previously, Rachele led communications strategies at the consulting firm RALLY, The Sierra Club, and labor unions SEIU United Service Workers West and the AFL-CIO; as well as served as Press Secretary for California Attorney General Kamala Harris from 2015-2016.<\/p>\n<p>Rachele holds a BA in Political Communications from George Washington University. They are a queer creative director with more than eight years of experience in creative production, project management, graphic design, and illustration. As a first generation child of migrant farm workers from the Yakima Valley, they are motivated by a passion for equity and social justice, especially as it relates to public health, LGBTQ+ rights, food justice, Indigenous rights, and immigrant justice. In their work at Resource Media, Ezra supports campaign development from concepting to final deliverables for narrative change and storytelling projects. Ezra has worked closely with the International Community Health Services, Center for Multicultural Health, the Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network, Gates Foundation, Arcora Foundation and Skoll Foundation. Whether through creative direction, ads management or social media strategy, Ezra is dedicated to building campaigns that move people toward building a more just world together.Cristian is obsessed with finding the gaps in our data to harness the power of community, message, and technology to accelerate action on social issues. He has conducted audience research in Unincorporated King County and rural Washington, across stormwater and water fluoridation issues, searching for activists, advocates, and supporters in hard to reach places. He approaches data with an equity lens acknowledging that the most vulnerable, marginalized groups of society are often <i>not<\/i> represented in our data. He has eight years of data analytics experience with a combined background in engineering, organizing, and communications. Currently, his work involves audience research, gathering data from disparate sources, and unearthing insights across issues, topics, and events.
