Study Objective: Assess point sources on the Rogue River to evaluate whether a biocriteria, or other assessment of nutrients, can be made on their individual impact on aquatic life below their mixing zones, and report findings to the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment. (It is understood that all these sources are causing impairments in the Rogue River.) The Foundation will then use this information in making future grants for such assessments.
