Thanks to your support, in 2015 we were able to do a lot of work on behalf of communities and the environment.
Nuestra Surgen nuevas voces Program continued its work with youth leaders through the Summer Climate Justice Leadership Academy and school-year fellowship program. This fall, our Nuevas voces Fellows were even recognized with an award from the Sierra Club, San Francisco Bay Chapter!
En Fondo para el Medio Ambiente del Norte de California awarded 60 grants to small organizations battling pressing environmental issues, like grantee Committee for a Better Shafter who is working to end fracking in their rural farmworker community.
