CEQA by the Numbers: Myths & Facts

Published in conjunction with The Housing Workshop, “CEQA by the Numbers: Myths & Facts” provides empirical evidence to demonstrate that lawsuits under CEQA affect only a small fraction of projects in the state, and most are unrelated to housing. The report further demonstrates that CEQA is a critical tool for protecting Californians from wildfire, promoting environmental justice, and mitigating the public health impacts of polluting projects proposed near homes and schools.
