Our New Voices Are Rising program is introducing a new program this fall. Titled the Youth Air Quality Task Force, the program takes place over 6 weeks and focuses on the issue areas of air quality, health risks, and utility advocacy.
Although we are saying goodbye to Katherine, New Voices has not skipped a beat, thanks to the program’s shared-leadership model. This month, we are highlighting the many ways people are leading the next chapter of New Voices. Read on to find out more about these leaders and their impact.
The New Voices Community Summit in July marked the end of the Summer Climate Justice Leadership Academy. We were inspired by the passion our Summer Academy participants showed when sharing about the local climate justice issues they learned over the 6-week program.
